Understanding the Costs and the Services Provided

At Gregory Abrams Davidson we believe that it is vital that all prospective clients understand what we will do for them and what it is likely to cost.

Most legal matters are complex and legal fees can be expensive. That is why we believe that it is essential that you have a good idea of what those fees are likely to be, what they will cover and if and when they might change. This section of our website aims to provide you with the information you need to make an informed choice as to the legal services provider you choose, including understanding what the costs may be.

  • residential property work – in other words selling, buying, leasing and mortgaging your property, and
  • probate work – in other words dealing with a person’s estate following their death.

Please bear in mind, however, that whilst we will always try and provide you with a fixed fee, that sometimes issues arise during a transaction which neither of us could have anticipated. In the event that this proves to be sufficiently complex that we need to increase our charges we will always inform you as soon as possible what those charges will be, why they are being incurred and, if appropriate, what you can do to keep those charges as low as possible.

This firm is committed to high quality legal advice and client care.If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received we would recommend that you first contact the person handling your claim in order to raise any concerns with them. It is expected that all of our caseworkers will attempt to resolve any issues.
